Blissful was launched in 20th NOV 2017, by Soumya Dash, a certified yoga instructor, passionate artist and classical odissi dancer. Now, Blissful Yoga Centre mark its presence in across globe and is running with 150 members.
Blissful yoga centre situated in heart of the smart city, Bhubaneswar and surrounding of approx 5000 sq feet of greenery, yoga hall, parking area.

Pranayama is the cessation of the movement of inhalation (Puraka) and exhalation (Rechaka) and there is only retention (Kumbhaka) of the breathing which leads to integration of the body and mind.
Meditation is an unbroken and continuous flow of concentration towards a single object and whenever the mind flows in a single direction towards the Supreme Being, such flow of the mind is considered as the perfect state of meditation.
